Are JACQAR products made of real leather?

Yes. All articles are manufactured from genuine leather, unless specified otherwise.

How are the items packed?

Depending on the item(s) you are ordering, it will be packed in a JACQAR cloth bag and/or box and wrapped in customized JACQAR paper.

Can I place an order of more than 10 pieces of a single product?

Depending on the item(s) you wish to purchase, we request you to please contact us at abdulbasit@jacqar.com before proceeding further.

What modes of payment does Jacqar.com accept?

Jacqar.com accepts the following modes of payment:
– Online Bank Transfer (Worldwide)
– Cash on Delivery (for Pakistan only)
– Wire Transfer by western union or money gram (Worldwide)

Where and how should I send the payment for Online Bank Transfers or Wire transfer?

You can ask us about the information by E-mail abdullbasit@jacqar.com.
Note: Please email to abdulbasit@jacqar.com a copy of your deposit slip once you have deposited the necessary amount in our account.

What should I expect to happen once I place an online order?

As soon as you place an order, we will send an email confirming that your order has been received (your order number will be included). This email should arrive within 24 hours.

What is the delivery time?

Depending on the availability of stock and quantities ordered, please allow 5-20 working days for deliveries within Pakistan. For international orders, customers must provide up to 2 weeks in case of Courier and 3-4 weeks in case of Airmail, for processing and delivery of orders. In the event of any order that cannot be processed within a specified time, Jacqar will inform the customer at its earliest.

What if an item I have ordered is out of stock?

Although we make every effort to maintain stock and satisfy our customers, occasionally we run out of certain items. If we are short on stock on an item that you have ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total, as well as your shipping confirmation.

How do I track my order?

As soon as you place an order, we will send you an email that confirms that your order has been received (your order confirmation number will be included). This email should arrive approximately within 24 hours.Jacqar.com will update about your order/tracking by E-mail.

What if I have forgotten my order #?

In case if you have misplaced your order #, please send an email to abdulbasit@jacqar.com. Include your full name, address, email address and order placing date.

How do I change or cancel an order?

If for any reason you would like to cancel or change your order with Jacqar.com, please write to abdulbasit@jacqar.com as soon as possible. We will do everything that we can to accommodate your request. We cannot cancel or change an order once it has been  entered the shipping process.

How do I take care of my Jacqar leather product?

To maintain the quality, look and feel of your Jacqar leather product, use a high quality cream to clean and refurbish. Minor deviations in color, minimal imperfections and wrinkles guarantee the genuineness of material.
